- NRFAQ is designed exclusively for new realtors in Ontario, Canada.
- Access is limited to individuals who:
- Are newly licensed or in their first year as a realtor;
- Are registered with a local real estate board/association;
- Have, or are in the process of obtaining, access to MLS® systems and materials.
- By registering, you confirm you meet the above criteria. Misrepresentation of your eligibility may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access without refund.
3. Educational Use Only
- All content provided through NRFAQ is for educational and informational purposes only.
- It does not constitute legal, financial, compliance, or brokerage-specific advice.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of NRFAQ materials aligns with your brokerage policies, board rules, and regulatory obligations.
4. Misuse of Content
- You agree not to reproduce, share, resell, or misrepresent NRFAQ materials without prior written permission.
- NRFAQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any user found misusing the platform or accessing it under false pretenses.

- Success as a realtor depends on your individual effort, local market conditions, and third-party factors beyond our control.
6. Limitation of Liability
- NRFAQ, its owner(s), affiliates, and contributors shall not be held responsible for any loss, damages, fines, penalties, or regulatory actions arising from your use or misuse of the platform.
- Your use of NRFAQ is entirely at your own risk.
7. Indemnification & Unauthorized Use
- You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NRFAQ, its owner(s), employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, fines, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the site or courses;
- Your violation of these Terms; or
- Any dispute, complaint, or regulatory matter related to your activities as a realtor.
- Unauthorized Use: Any individual who accesses, reproduces, distributes, republishes, or otherwise misuses NRFAQ materials without express written consent immediately and irrevocably agrees to fully indemnify NRFAQ, its owner(s), and affiliates. Such individuals accept that they shall be solely responsible for any and all consequences, penalties, damages, fines, or legal actions arising from their unauthorized use. By accessing or misusing NRFAQ content without consent, the individual expressly waives any right to bring claims, complaints, or proceedings against NRFAQ or its owner(s) and agrees that NRFAQ shall not be named, referenced, or implicated in any resulting matter.
8. Termination of Access
- NRFAQ reserves the right to restrict or terminate access for any user who misuses the site, misrepresents their eligibility, or engages in conduct deemed harmful to NRFAQ’s reputation, operations, or community.
