Our lessons may include embedded videos from Muse.ai or other platforms. These third-party services may collect usage data, use cookies, and track your interaction with the content as if you were visiting their site directly.
How Long We Retain Data
- Comments and related metadata are retained indefinitely for spam detection and community interaction.
- For registered students, we retain profile information, course progress, and communication history until you request deletion or your account is removed.
Your Rights
If you have an account with us, you may request an exported file of the personal data we hold about you. You may also request that we erase personal data, except where we are required to keep it for administrative, legal, or security reasons.
Who We Share Data With
- Password reset requests include your IP address for security.
- Payment information (if applicable) is processed securely through our payment gateway provider. We do not directly store credit card numbers.
- Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

Data may be processed on servers located outside of Canada (e.g. Muse.ai video delivery). By using our services, you consent to this processing.
